If you make a commitment - whether it's to your friends, teammates, family, whoever - it's important to follow through.
This isn't really specific to video games, but it certainly applies well. If you're part of a team, you need to be willing to commit some time to that team.
Set aside an hour, maybe more, to practice every day or two. Working hard is one of the quickest ways to improve your skills and your teamwork.
You can be the greatest Player in the world and still get trounced if you don't have a reliable team to support you.
